Head of Strategy and Research

Dr Dayo Abinusawa is responsible for business strategy and growth at Awa Business School. He received his PhD from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the University of Glasgow. He brings several years of commercial and business development experience, including leading on strategic projects at yet2Ventures, King’s College London, and Judge Business School. Dr Abinusawa is the Vice Chair, Governing Board at the Aspire Academies Trust (Grove Academy).


Head of Operations and Senior Research Executive

Ms Yossie Olaleye is responsible for general business operations at Awa Business School, overseeing the marketing and HR teams. She brings several years of research, management and marketing experience, including roles within finance, technology, higher education and medical science. Ms Olaleye received her MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).



Advisor and Honorary Teaching Fellow

Mr Hamilton Amachree is an engineering and management consultant specialising in education and oil and gas. He works with firms to build quality management systems. He received a BEng (Mechanical Engineering) from Imperial College London and PGDip (Education) from the Institute of Education (University of London). Mr Amachree was a member of the governing board at Barking College, where he lectured in Engineering, Mathematics and IT.


Academic Advisor

Mr Munya Chimbaira is a senior banking and business technology expert, with experience from international firms and universities in London and South Africa. Mr Chimbaira advises on programme development, combining his business intelligence experience with extensive academic teaching in the areas of economics, marketing, organisational behaviour and operations management.



Legal Advisor

Ms Adeola Egbeyemi is a lawyer specialising in corporate governance. She works with entrepreneurs to build high-impact, forward-looking Boards. She received her LL.M from the University of Cambridge prior to which she obtained an LL.B from the University of Warwick. Adeola is an Associate of the Institute of Directors and brings several years of corporate and commercial law experience, particularly in the banking sector and pension industry.


Strategy Officer

Mr Amit Patil is a Strategy Officer at Awa Business School, overseeing strategic projects to enhance the student experience. He studied Strategic Management and International Business at King’s College London, and Economics at Coventry University. He has experience in market research, mathematics, and financial investments.
